Fees

  • Sessions:

    • Individual (50 mins): $250

    • Couples/Family (50 mins): $280

  • Initial Intake/Assessment:

    • Individual (60 mins): $280

    • Couples/Family (60 mins): $300

  • Consultation:

    • Phone, email, in-person: $250/hr

PAYMENT

  • Payment is accepted in the form of cash, check, Venmo, or credit card

Insurance

  • PacificSource, Kaiser, Out-of-Network Benefits

  • I will provide you with a Superbill to help with reimbursement of out-of-network benefits from your insurance carriers

CANCELLATION POLICY

  • Please give 24 hours notice if you need to cancel your appointment. You are responsible for the cost of the session for cancellations received less than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment
